Our Process
Ordering
Customers can place orders at their convenience by:
1. Web Order Entry: Login and submit order by our secure on-line ordering system. Click here to obtain a log-in and password.
2. Phone: Call one of our customer service representatives at locally at 830-609-6999.
3. Fax: Send your order by fax to 830-609-0848
4. E-mail: us at customerservice@mpgroupinc.com
5. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI): To get set up on EDI e-mail us at customerservice@mpgroupinc.com

| Once we receive your order it is entered into our state of the art Eclipse Distribution System and processed for selection. If you have an e-mail address, a confirmation of your order can be sent to you via e-mail. |

Picking
Once orders are placed they are sent to our warehouse for selection from our over 3,000 stock keeping units (SKU’s). Our order selection team efficiently picks the orders and prepares the order for shipment. Each order is verified and then placed on one of our trucks for delivery.

Delivery
Millennium Packaging operates its own fleet of trucks making deliveries directly to each customer. If you desire, you may also pick up your order at the Millennium distribution facility in New Braunfels. Will Calls may be made by informing customer service at least two hours before the order is to be picked up.

| Millennium drivers deliver your products by following a route on established delivery days. Please speak to or e-mail customer service to know what your delivery day is each week. Upon delivery, the driver will ensure your order is complete and satisfactory. A signed receipt for your order will be given to you and a copy will be retained as the proof of delivery. |

Our professional sales team will continue to communicate new products to you and consult with you to provide the best packaging and supplies solutions available. Our friendly customer service representatives are always available to answer your questions or help you find a product.
Our customer satisfaction survey is given to our customers on a regular basis to see how we are doing. You may fill out this survey on-line any time you desire.
